Table 35-1, Landscape Categories for Use Zones, contains the landscape category for each zone. This landscape category is either A, B, C, D or E. This chapter establishes the requirements for each landscape category. It also establishes minimum buffers between certain uses, and provides a method for modification of the requirements of this chapter. Certain zones include special landscaping regulations that are in addition to or exceptions from the standards in this chapter. Table 35-2 identifies when special regulations may apply.
