19.53.200 Phase in period.

A. Impact fees under this chapter shall be waived for building permits issued before September 3, 2022.
B. Impact fees under this chapter shall be reduced by half for building permits issued after September 3, 2022, but before June 3, 2023.
C. The Impact fee shall be implemented consistent with the fees in EMC 19.53.060 beginning June 3, 2023. (Ord. 3830-21 § 3, 2021.)
