For purposes of establishing procedures for making bids and awarding contacts, as authorized by Section 4.13 of the city of Everett Charter, the city hereby adopts by ordinance the Standard Procurement Policy and Federal Emergency Contracting Policy (“Procurement Policy”) as set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter and incorporated herein by reference. The Procurement Policy shall control the city’s procurement of goods and services to the extent provided therein. The Procurement Policy does not apply to the acquisition, sale, conveyance, or lease of real property or to the disposition of the city’s personal property.² (Ord. 3781-20 § 1, 2020; Ord. 3262-12 § 1; Ord. 2726-03 § 10, 2003; Ord. 2458-00 § 1.)
