The city’s police and parking enforcement officers are authorized to enforce the parking regulations and restrictions set forth in this chapter.
Failure to perform any act required or the performance of any act prohibited by this chapter is designated as a parking infraction unless otherwise provided. (Ord. 2724-03 § 2, 2003.)
