A. It is unlawful for the driver of a vehicle intending to turn onto another street at an intersection, or at any point to make or attempt to make a right hand or left hand turn by crossing over private property, except where necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with law or the direction of a police officer or traffic control device.

B. Penalties. Violation of any of the provisions of this section shall be a traffic infraction, and may be punished by a fine not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars. (Ord. 1695-90 § 1, 1990.)
