A. No person shall take off, land, fly over, or operate any radio/remote controlled unmanned aircraft or self-propelled model airplane, glider, car, boat or any model rocket within Chaplain Tract North or Chaplain Tract South except with written authorization from the public works director or his/her designee.

B. Violation of any provision of this section constitutes an infraction and may be punished by a penalty of not more than two hundred fifty dollars. (Ord. 3778-20 § 4, 2020.)
