The director of parks and recreation is authorized to charge fees for the use of city park and recreation facilities as are established by city ordinances and policies as now exist or are hereafter amended. (Ord. 3360-13 § 16, 2013; Ord. 889-82 § 5, 1982; Res. 4057 § 1.)
