2.10.040 Superintendent of parks and recreation.

The superintendent of parks and recreation shall be appointed by the mayor subject to confirmation by a majority of the city council for the term of four years, and the superintendent may be removed by the mayor subject to council confirmation. (Ord. 857-82, 1982.)
